Please join us in welcoming Michael Lukman to the Prudential Northwest Properties Lake Oswego branch office.
Prior to getting his real estate license, Michael was a music teacher by trade. As a real estate investor and homeowner, he had worked with Prudential NW on several occasions in the past and was impressed with the great services offered by our company. When the time came for him to make a career change, Prudential was the place he wanted to be, and we couldn’t be more happy with his decision.
Michael is a people-person, and loves getting to know people of different cultural backgrounds. He speaks English, Indonesian, a little Chinese, understands a few Arabic words, and is currently intent on learning Spanish.
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to broker Shari Newman, who has returned to the Prudential Northwest Properties Lake Oswego branch office.

In an effort spearheaded by brokers Marilyn Mason and Steve Oleson, the Prudential Northwest Properties Lake Oswego branch office adopted a family in need for Christmas. Gifts of coats, shoes, toys, money, gift cards, food baskets, and clothing brought unexpected joy to four kids and their mother.
Here is an excerpt from a thank you note Steve received from the mother: “We thank you all from the bottom of the hearts; I couldn’t have done this without you. It has been a very hard year financially as well as personally. Words cannot begin to describe how much your help was appreciated. Your gifts provided us with a delicious Christmas dinner, and left my children smiling. It is truly a blessing to have amazing people around like you.”
To everyone who participated in brightening the holidays for this family, and for so many others in the communities we serve, we thank you for your generosity. You make us proud.

Big thanks to Janet Dalton, Jason Waugh, Gayleen Weiler, Ann Martin, Jon Sanford and Phil Barr, who sits on the board and is an active supporter. And very sincere thanks to Dave and Janet Dalton of Dalton’s Northwest Catering, for providing the beverages and for your longstanding support of our community.
